Up to 6 person rate :          per night : USD 3’800.-
Up to 8 person rate :          per night : USD 4’200.-
Up to 10 person rate :        per night : USD 4’700.-

Christmas (2 weeks min.)
Up to 10 person rate :        per night: USD 7’500.-

Low Season 
May 1st  to Dec. 13th 

Up to 4 person rate :          per night : USD 3’000.-
Up to 6 person rate :          per night : USD 3’200.-
Up to 8 person rate :          per night : USD 3’500.-
Up to 10 person rate :        per night : USD 3’900.-

A 10% service charge is added to these rental prices.
Moreover, the Turks and Caicos Government enforce a 11% tourist tax on all villas rentals. This charge will also be added to the price of rental.

Gratuities are at the discretion of the clients.
