Low Season 08
May 1st 2008 to Nov. 13th 2008

Up to 4 person rate :          per night : USD 2’750.-
Up to 6 person rate :          per night : USD 2’900.-
Up to 8 person rate :          per night : USD 3’150.-
Up to 10 person rate :        per night : USD 3’500.-

A 10% service charge is added to these rental prices.
Moreover, the Turks and Caicos Government enforce a 10% tourist tax on all villas rentals. This charge will also be added to the price of rental.

Gratuities are at the discretion of the clients.
