Up to 10 person rate :        per night : USD 3’900.-

A 10% service charge is added to these rental prices.
Moreover, the Turks and Caicos Government enforce a 10% tourist tax on all villas rentals. This charge will also be added to the price of rental.

Gratuities are at the discretion of the clients.
